Returns Policy

Any products purchased through for a price greater than 0 euro follow the returns policy outlined here.

  • Refunds can be requested only for products for which the activation code has not been used.
  • Refunds will be at the price paid by the customer, including any discounts applied at checkout.
  • Products bought in a bundle or in an offer with other products must be refunded together. This means that no single product can have been activated.
  • Refund requests should be sent to and will be dealt with the shortest possible delay (usually within two working weeks).

Demo versions of all paid products exist. It is strongly recommended that you download them before purchase to ensure that they work on your system.
